- Plainlanguage explanations
- Verbal communication by phone or in person
- Other accessible formats or communication supports as may be reasonably required in accordance with our policy COM-1060.
Accessible formats and communication supports are provided at no additional cost.
3. Consultation Process for Accessible Format Requests
When an accessible format or communication support is requested, Inovata Foods will:
- Consult with the individual making the request to determine their accessibility needs.
- Confirm the appropriate accessible format or communication support that best meets those needs.
- Provide the requested information in a timely manner, in accordance with the IASR.
